Acupuncture has an entirely unique way of looking at the body and every treatment will be individual. Taking into account how a person experiences their symptoms and illness. No two people are the same, no two fibromyalgia sufferers will experience the disease the same way, people affected by IBS are unlikely to have the same combination of symptoms and this is why acupuncture can be so effective when a course of treatment is administered.

Acupuncture is a non-invasive system of medicine that works alongside western medicine and its medications. It is a very safe treatment that rarely produces unwanted side effects. Please check out the 'articles and links tab' for the latest up-to-date research into how acupuncture is used for pain management and many other diseases.

Why choose me as your acupuncturist?

I started seeing Jo when I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I was constantly exhausted and found everyday life challenging to the point where it was really affecting my mental health.

Acupuncture with Jo has made me feel like me again. She is so kind and works wonders and I truly can't recommend her enough.
